Warranty Information

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

ICD DESIGN, LLC (“ICD DESIGN”) provides LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY against defects in workmanship and materials for ICD DESIGN products ("Products") under its brand names 858 Autowerks and HOBBS Truck Accessories that is sold by authorized distributors and dealers for use by end users (the consumer) This Limited Warranty is provided only to the original consumer, and applies only to the original installation.

COVERED PRODUCTS AND LIMITATIONS
ICD provides the following Limited Warranty Coverage:

transferable. ICD DESIGN has no responsibility or liability for any incidental or consequential damages. The purchaser must report to ICD DESIGN in writing and proof of purchase of the defected product within 30 days of the claimed defect. Pictures of the defected parts are recommended.

The purchaser will be responsible for the shipping costs and other costs associated with getting the defected product to our offices. ICD DESIGN sole responsibility is the repair or replacement of the product once the product is under warranty.

Once the defected part is inspected and it meets our warranty guidelines, we will gladly repair or exchange the defective part through an RMA process. Our shipping & receiving department does not accept packages without return authorization number. Please include a copy of your invoice with the returned package and obtain an RMA number prior to shipping any parts back to us.

 Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, and returned to us in the original packaging.
 We will not accept returns for refund after 30 days.
 All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless

there’s a manufacturing defect.
 There is no warranty on the installed parts. This

includes “test fitment”. Installed parts are not

returnable.
 The customer is responsible for the return shipping

costs and fees.
 All shipping damage must be reported to the courier at

the time of delivery. NO damage claim will be honored or investigated after 7 days of shipment’s delivery.

ICD DESIGN retains the right to determine to its reasonable satisfaction whether any claimed defect is covered by this Limited Warranty

Wear and tear from normal use, including damage from road debris such as stones and gravel
Improper product selection, application, installation or maintenance
Modifications, including the attachment of other hardware or components
Misuse, abuse, overloading, improper hauling, accident, including dropping the product.
Corrosion or damage due to environmental conditions, including weather storms and flooding.

 Damage from impact or collision and damage to other personal property.

Under this warranty agreement, ICD DESIGN will repair, replace or refund the purchase price for any defective product. It only applies to the original consumer and it is not

ICD DESIGN shall not be held liable or responsible for injury, loss or damages, direct or consequential such as improper installation, misuse, abuse, scratches, chips or unauthorized repairs or labor. ICD DESIGN will not be responsible for any damage caused to other parts by defective product or any other costs.

ICD DESIGN LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY coverage does not apply to:

This limited liability warranty is given in lieu of all other

warranties expressed or implied. This warranty gives you

specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which

vary from state to state.
